From the battlefields to the frontlines of change, my journey has been one of resilience, service, and an unwavering commitment to creating lasting change. 

I’m Zoyie Jackson, a decorated military veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and advocate dedicated to empowering others to rise above challenges and embrace their potential.

Driven by a deep sense of duty instilled during my 21 years of military service, I now focus on equipping individuals and organizations to create equitable, inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. My mission is simple yet profound, to inspire courage, foster equity, and empower each person to find their voice.

With extensive experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), policy development, compliance, mediation, employee relations, and training, I bring compassion, insight, and expertise to the stage as a speaker, facilitator, and in my consulting practice. My certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Conflict Resolution allow me to support individuals and teams in building bridges and finding common ground.

As a mother and grandmother, I understand the transformative power of nurturing, guiding, and empowering others. My own path of resilience and strength, including four combat tours, shapes my commitment to helping others overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. 

In every role I undertake (advocate, mediator, trainer) I am dedicated to dismantling barriers and promoting equal rights. My advocacy is deeply rooted in a vision for a fairer society, where everyone has the opportunity to succeed without discrimination or limitation. I actively work to create spaces of inclusion and understanding, one step at a time.

Through speaking engagements, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, I offer a safe and transformative environment where individuals can embrace their authentic selves and unleash their potential. Each session is marked by empathy, active listening, and a commitment to lasting impact. Known as a beacon of resilience and empowerment, I strive to create a ripple effect of positive change that resonates long after the moment has passed.
