Meet Zoyie Jackson

I am Zoyie,

a highly accomplished military veteran, recipient of the prestigious Purple Heart award, advocate, and inspirational figure who has dedicated my life to empowering women, championing equality, and making a positive impact my community. My military service has instilled in me a deep sense of duty, leadership, and the importance of community. With a diverse background, I bring a wealth of experience, compassion, and wisdom to the stage and coaching practice.

As a mother of two adult sons and grandmother of five, I understand the transformative power of nurturing and guiding others. My commitment to personal growth and empowerment stems from my personal journey of overcoming challenges and embracing resilience.  As a 21-year military Veteran, with four combat tours under my belt, it has forged me into a beacon of strength and determination.

Beyond my military career, I have furthered my education and expertise in various domains. I am a certified diversity, equity, and inclusion trainer equipped with the knowledge and skills to foster inclusive environments and promote equality in all aspects of life. As a licensed minister, I often draw from my  spirituality to guide and support individuals on their unique journeys.

With a passion for resolving conflicts and building harmonious relationships, I am a certified mediator in conflict resolution. It has been often stated that I have remarkable ability to facilitate dialogue, foster understanding, and create a safe space for individuals to find common ground and overcome differences.

My advocacy work is deeply rooted in my commitment to equal rights and social justice. I consistently fight for the betterment of my community, women's rights, and a  equal and fair working enviornment,  by dismantle barriers one by one and creating a more inclusive and equitable society for all.

As a trainer and coach, I use my experience, diverse skill set, and compassionate nature to guide individuals towards personal growth, self-discovery, and empowerment. My coaching sessions are marked by empathy, active listening, and a deep understanding of the challenges people face. I encourage them to embrace their authentic selves, overcome obstacles, and unleash their full potential.

With unwavering dedication and unwavering spirit, I strives to create a ripple effect of positive change. My mission is to inspire individuals to step into their power, foster meaningful connections, and make a lasting impact in their lives and communities.

Through speaking engagements, workshops, and coaching, I leaves an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of those I encounters. I am often refered to as a beacon of hope, resilience, and empowerment, and my impact resonates long after my  words are spoken.
